    • Larnaca, leading the way in development
In recent years the capital of Cyprus has become more and more crowded with development and so developers have been looking to Larnaca to further their investment opportunities. New golf resorts, a new marina large enough to take the most luxury of yachts and an already thriving tourist industry are only a few [...]
    • Commandaria - the wine of Cyprus
Commandaria is the oldest wine in Cyprus and the oldest wine brand name in the World; it was first drunk by the ancients at festivals celebrating the life of Aphrodite and has been drunk throughout the ages by Kings and peasants alike. Richard the Lionheart described it as, “the wine of Kings and [...]
    • Self-catering holidays - beat the credit crunch!
If we are all honest I bet the majority of us love the idea of a Mediterranean Island holiday – relaxing in the sun, on a beach or by a pool, sipping a drink, reading, sun bathing – doing whatever you feel like. Sounds good doesn’t it?! For many people the purse strings are [...]
    • Zivania - not for the fainthearted!
The production of Zivania, one of Cyprus’s traditional alcoholic drinks, dates back to the end of the 14th century. Our September 08 Trip

This friday we are heading off to Larnaca to check out the progress on the new developments and also to show the build quality to some new clients and introducers of ours. The trips are not advertised and are only arranged when there is a specific need from a client who is looking to invest in our product.

We fly out from London Heathrow on Friday morning, arriving mid-afternoon Cyprus time. On Friday evening we will all be going for dinner at one of Larnaca’s most impressive restaurants, Kantara, where the calamari is exquisite!

Saturday morning we head over to the developments for a couple of hours before having lunch on the promenade in Larnaca centre. Saturday afternoon is time to relax and soak up the atmosphere of Larnaca, whether you wish to explore the shops or hit the beaches, before returning to the hotel late afternoon and getting ready for dinner at one of the open air beach restaurants.

Sunday morning again is free time to take in the rest of what Larnaca as to offer before heading on the opposite side of the town to have a Greek mezze lunch at Ku-De-Ta , a fresh and contemporary restaurant, literally on the sea!

Sunday afternoon we return (grudgingly) back to the UK.
