    • Larnaca, leading the way in development
In recent years the capital of Cyprus has become more and more crowded with development and so developers have been looking to Larnaca to further their investment opportunities. New golf resorts, a new marina large enough to take the most luxury of yachts and an already thriving tourist industry are only a few [...]
    • Commandaria - the wine of Cyprus
Commandaria is the oldest wine in Cyprus and the oldest wine brand name in the World; it was first drunk by the ancients at festivals celebrating the life of Aphrodite and has been drunk throughout the ages by Kings and peasants alike. Richard the Lionheart described it as, “the wine of Kings and [...]
    • Self-catering holidays - beat the credit crunch!
If we are all honest I bet the majority of us love the idea of a Mediterranean Island holiday – relaxing in the sun, on a beach or by a pool, sipping a drink, reading, sun bathing – doing whatever you feel like. Sounds good doesn’t it?! For many people the purse strings are [...]

BMS Homes get the web developers in

We are currently undergoing a full refurb of our bmshomes.co.uk website. We want to shout out about the benefits of using our company to invest in property in Larnaca and we think the best way to do it is to build a fully interactive website where people can learn all about our company and our products.

We have the web developers in with us on Tuesday to talk about how we can best demonstrate the benefits that investing in Cyprus has to offer. Especially in the south-east region of Larnaca where 6bn Euros of EU funding will bring better infrastructure and increased tourism.

Not many people know that over the next 5 years Larnaca will be home to a new PGA golf course, a luxury 750 berth marina and a brand new airport, all designed with one objective in mind to increase the tourist trade and drive foreign investment into the country.

On the same note the Government are imposing strict development laws that are designed to stop the property market becoming saturated which would have a negative on future property growth. Over the last 4 years Cyprus has enjoyed double-digit capital growth and this will continue of the next 5 years with the current plans.
